1. Order Acceptance & Pricing

  • All orders are subject to product availability
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders for:
    • Pricing errors
    • Suspected fraud
    • Items mistakenly listed as "in stock"
  • Prices are in HKD and subject to change without notice


2. Shipping Terms

  • Free Shipping Thresholds:
    • Hong Kong: Orders over $500 HKD
    • International: Orders over $1000 HKD
  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays)
  • Delivery Estimates:
    • Hong Kong: 3 - 5business days (Standard)
    • International: 7-20 business days (Standard)
  • Customers are solely responsible for:
    • International customs/duties
    • Providing accurate shipping addresses


3. Return & Refund Policy

  • Accepted Within 7 Days:
    • Defective items (proof required)
    • Unopened products in original packaging
  • Not Accepted:
    • Opened/used items (unless defective)
    • Store purchases
    • Lingerie, opened condoms, seasonal/promotional items
  • Return Process:
    • Contact us via WhatsApp/email with order number + photos
    • If approved, ship to our designated location
    • Customer bears return shipping costs
  • Wrong Item Shipped: We cover return costs
  • No returns for international orders


4. Product Conditions

  • Colors may vary slightly from website images
  • Packaging is considered part of the product
  • Warranty claims handled case-by-case


5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate shipping/contact information
  • Inspect packages upon delivery (report damage within 48 hours)
  • Secure account credentials (you're responsible for account activity)


6. Limitation of Liability

  • Maximum liability = order purchase price
  • Not liable for:
    • Delivery delays beyond our control
    • Indirect/consequential damages
    • Product misuse


7. Intellectual Property

  • All website content (images, text, logos) is owned by ToyzOfficial
  • Commercial use without permission is prohibited


8. Dispute Resolution

  • Governed by Hong Kong law
  • Disputes will be resolved in Hong Kong courts


9. Policy Changes

  • We may update these terms without notice
  • Continued use = acceptance of changes
