Returns Accepted For:
✅ Defective items (must report within 7 days of delivery)
✅ Unopened products (with original packaging) within 7 days

Not Eligible For Return:
❌ Opened/used products (unless defective)
❌ Products damaged by misuse or improper care
❌ Stores purchases (all sales final after leaving store)
❌ Lingerie, condoms (opened), promotional/seasonal items
